Why We Do What We Do!  Yet again I am reminded that I love what I do and that I am in control of the choice of the business to take and when to walk away.  When we have gone over current market conditions and everything has been explained and yet a comment that is a threat of going elsewhere comes back because the answer was not the one that was wanted it is very easy to say good luck in your search.  The best thing that can come for us is a problem early on so not much time or expense is wasted.  Time is best spent on the clients that are truly clients and understand the information that they are given.
