Honesty and integrity in guiding you through your transaction and after the closing. We do expect the same from you and when you are asked to sign our Buyer Brokerage Agreement that states we are working for you in this transaction, keep in mind that it is a commitment we take strongly and we expect you to do the same.
This is why we will ask up front if you have been working with another Realtor and if so have you signed anything with them?
This is our business and we don't get paid until after a successful closing, which is another reason we don't take this commitment lightly. We are sure you understand that we have expenses that we incur almost daily for our business and we have to run our daily business accordingly.
