As most people do not understand that everyday we wake up and our expense meter is already going ie our license fees etc even the device we use to open the lockboxes and lets not forget our MLS and websites that we find those homes for you on.
Taking all of this in consideration, we must limit our trips out to view homes to one trip out only and it must be a short list of homes and all in the same area. This does not mean lets look at one or two today and then see what comes up tomorrow too...... We also must know that you are truly ready to complete your application that same day and proceed with turning it in and getting ready to move.
