Why Don't We Discount Our Fees When You Are Selling Your Home?  I may not be able to speak for all other agents, but I know I speak for most.  From the time you sign a listing agreement with us our team is financially vested in the sale of your home.  When you list your home for sale with the Fraser Team we start off by getting your home in the system with every tool we have at our fingertips to insure your home makes it to over 350 internet sites to start with in addition to our own website.  We also scan our own database of  buyer clients to see if  your home seems to be a fit for any.  We also work diligently to find a new buyer for your home on our own as well as putting it out there to all of the other top producing agents for their buyer clients as well.  

When you ask us to discount our services, you are really asking us to not do part of what we do to get your home sold.  What part of our job would you like us not to do?
