We can't help you if you don't do your part! Each transaction is different from any other in some way, we approach each one as an adventure. When working with my team, we ask certain things from each of our clients NO EXCEPTIONS. We work very hard, on your side around every corner without hesitation. We find this very difficult to do if you are not completely upfront and honest about anything to do with the transaction as well as doing the things that are requested of you in a timely manor that only you can do.
Without a true partnership, we can not get the results that we are all working so hard for. Remember we don't get paid at all until your transaction closes and in some cases that can be quite a while.
