Yes The Fraser Team Does It Again!
Imagine being underwater / upside down on your home and finally deciding that it is not worth all of the stress and struggle any longer and making the move to list it as a short sale. Well that is what our clients did starting back in October of 2011 (with another brokerage to start). Time passes and buyers are lost due to the two lenders not being cooperative. Finally, at the end of their rope, they call the Fraser Team to assist them in finding a replacement home to live in as it is no longer an option to short sale successfully and they feel foreclosure is their only option. Now it is August of 2013 (yes almost 2 years of fighting) and we suggest giving us the opportunity to try as we are very aggressive and at this point they have nothing to lose in trying.
Finally 8 months later, not only did we get another buyer that hung in with us, we were able to get both lenders to agree to the short sale with full deficiencies waived and even a $3,000. check to the sellers for moving. I won't ever say it was an easy accomplishment, however it was truly rewarding for us. All along we were told it could not be done, would never close etc yet we never quit or gave up.
