Have The Changes Really Helped?
The foreclosure laws and short sale guidelines have all been changed to "protect the innocent" and to stream line the process but has it really? From what we are seeing, things have not gotten easier when it comes to a short sale. We stay in line with as much communication as possible and tracking our files to insure we are not lost in the shuffle.
