AND ANOTHER LENDER TRIES OUR PATIENCE! It amazes me that a lender for a second mortgage goes to the extreme to make things impossible for a seller to complete a short sale. Coming back with ridiculous demands that are unheard of in this time and market. We are not giving in nor are we giving up.
