Home Prices Still Rising? What Is Really Happening?
According to an article post in DS news today we are having issues just as we suspected was on it's way. We all know that our housing market could not sustain the rate of increase it was doing and that our inventory would start leveling out with the correction to the foreclosure laws. We had a lapse or even grace period while the new processes and procedures where being put into place.
