THE MARKET SHIFT AND CHANGES CONTINUE! Our local NOD's (notice of defaults filed) are on the rise and our inventory (homes for sale) has doubled since April. We are also seeing homes staying on the market active and available for a little longer already. We have said that it was our opinion to expect this as the beginning and here it is.
