WHAT DOES THE AB 300 (Assembly Bill 300) MEAN TO YOU?

WHAT DOES THE AB 300 MEAN TO YOU?
Well it all started when AB 284 was passed and put into affect which made it a little more difficult for a lender to foreclose on your home when you were in default.  Never did it stop a foreclosure, they just had to do a few more things and take longer to get it done so causing delays as the banks were getting their procedures in order.  Now with the amendment  and addition of AB 300 it has gone back to being more reasonably in line for procedures and easier for the lender to complete the task at hand when a homeowner is in default.  Please take this seriously as your lender certainly will and they will not delay any further as they start catching up on the backlog of default files.

If you have not made a mortgage payment in 90 days, you are in default and they can file and serve the notice (usually taped on your home with blue tape).

We can help, a Short Sale may be the best option for you to get out of your underwater home and start over with a clean slate.
