We were contacted by a local and distressed homeowner who had already done all they could including refinance their home of many years.  After meeting with the homeowner, we knew we were their only hope to put this chapter behind them and move on.  With several issues in addition to financial, we knew we had to jump in fast.

Short sale package was completed and the home was listed this past June with the owner being current on both mortgages at that time, which they could not continue and still survive.
