Another Success Story For The Fraser Team!

The Fraser Team did it again!  We took on yet another short sale that should have been a slam dunk no thought needed to issue an approval.  First delay after delay from the lender, causing a buyer to walk away.  We didn't give in to the lack of intelligence of the team on the side of the lender.  We stuck with it and kept reminding our client that we were on his side fighting for him.  3 denials later we finally achieved our initial goal of an approved short sale with all deficiencies waived.  Our client was also given $3,000. towards his relocation costs from the proceeds.
