ANOTHER HAPPY BUYER FOR THE FRASER TEAM!  Just when our buyer was about to give up hope on actually finding a home that would work for his family with all of our un-accepted offers.  We got it done!  Fully ratified contract on a beautiful home in Los Prados.  Our client is ecstatic with his find and with an end in sight to his goal, now to make plans on improvements to make the home "theirs". In the beginning our client was unsure of what we suggested as far as making multiple offers on multiple properties and most sight unseen but when this wonderful family came around things fell into place and very quickly too!
